| Term | Meaning |

| Signal source | A place signals come from: a Telegram channel, a Discord channel, or a TradingView webhook. |
| Channel | A configured signal source, with its own filters, parser settings and account links. |
| Trading account | A broker login PipSync can place orders on. |
| Confidence score | How sure the parser is that it read the message correctly. Low scores can be routed to manual approval. |
| Completeness gate | The rule that blocks trades from signals missing required fields such as a stop-loss. |
| Manual approval | A queue where signals wait for your yes/no before execution. |
| Kill switch | A per-account switch that halts all new execution immediately. |
| Workspace | Your tenant. Sources, accounts, limits and members all belong to a workspace. |
| Term | Meaning |

| Pip | The standard smallest price move for a pair. 0.0001 for most FX pairs, 0.01 for JPY pairs. |
| Lot | Position size unit. 1.00 standard lot = 100,000 units of the base currency in FX. |
| SL / TP | Stop-loss and take-profit: the price levels that close a position at a loss or a profit. |
| Spread | The difference between bid and ask. You pay it on entry. |
| Slippage | The difference between the price you expected and the price you got. |
| Drawdown | How far the account is below its peak, in percent or currency. |
| Equity | Balance plus the floating profit or loss of open positions. |
| Break-even (BE) | Moving the stop to the entry price so the trade can no longer lose. |
Send the raw signal, the timestamp and the account name — that is usually enough to answer on the first reply.
