Settings → Billing shows your current plan, the Change plan picker and your Usage against the plan's limits. Billing is only available to the workspace owner.
On a plan paid by card through the app, the plan cards offer Upgrade and Downgrade. A Free workspace sees Choose plan (card checkout). Plans we manage by hand show Request a change, and Enterprise shows Contact sales — both open an email to support.
| Action | Takes effect | Money |
|---|---|---|
| Upgrade (Upgrade → Confirm upgrade) | Immediately — new limits apply at once | Prorated for the rest of the period; the upgrade dialog shows a proration preview before you confirm |
| Downgrade (Downgrade → Schedule downgrade) | At the end of the current period | No charge for the change itself; the lower price starts on that date |
| Cancel (Cancel) | At the end of the current period | No further charges |
| Undo cancellation before period end | Immediately | Nothing changes |
Until a scheduled downgrade takes effect you keep every feature of your current plan. A Scheduled plan change banner on the Billing screen shows what is pending and when.
Downgrading below your usage
Sources and broker accounts above the new limit are not deleted. Limits are checked when you add something, not against what already exists — so you simply cannot connect anything new until you are back under the cap. The downgrade dialog asks you to switch off the surplus before the switch date; nothing is removed for you, so remove or disable the ones you no longer want yourself. Features that only the higher plan includes stop being available from the switch date.
Upgrade again and you can add sources and accounts up to the higher limit right away.
How limits are counted
- The Usage card lists each limit and how much of it is used. Despite their names, MT5 accounts counts every broker account (whatever broker or platform) and Telegram channels counts every signal source.
- One signal source = one Telegram, Discord or email channel (all listed under Channels). Setting up TradingView auto-trading creates one TradingView channel, which counts toward this limit; the webhook URL and signal-only alerts do not count. If you are at your limit, Set up auto-trading is refused with the plan-limit message: remove a channel or upgrade first.
- One broker account = one connected login at one broker. Demo and live at the same broker count as two.
- Only enabled broker accounts count. Disconnect does not free a slot; switching the account to Disabled on its page, or deleting it, does. Re-enabling an account checks the limit again.
- Paused signal sources still occupy their slot — Remove channel (Channels → the channel → Settings) frees it.
- The plan belongs to the workspace. Broker accounts are counted across the whole workspace; signal sources and providers are counted per member.
