Billing, plans and invoices

Upgrade, downgrade, cancel, and find your invoices — plus what happens to your data when a plan ends.

Changing plan

Cancelling never deletes your data. Your signal sources and broker accounts stay exactly as they are — nothing is removed or switched off, so your setup is intact if you resubscribe. What changes is what you can add: once the paid period ends you are back to one signal source and one broker account, so you cannot connect anything new beyond that until you subscribe again.

Invoices and tax

  • Invoices are generated per billing period and downloadable as PDF.
  • Add your company name, address and VAT id under Settings → Billing before the next invoice — issued invoices cannot be edited retroactively.
  • Failed payments retry automatically; you are notified before access is affected.
