Notifications and alerts

Channels

Settings → Notifications maps event types to delivery channels. Each event can go to a different place.

Channel	Good for
In-app	Everything. It is the full record and costs you nothing.
Email	Daily summaries, billing, security events.
Telegram	Time-critical events: risk limits, execution failures.

Risk limit tripped, account disconnected, execution failed, security events.

Signal held for manual approval, daily summary.

Every fill. On an active source this is dozens a day and you will start ignoring all of them.

The alert you ignore is worse than no alert. Turn off everything you would not act on, then add back what you missed.

Telegram: you must have started a chat with the notification bot at least once — it cannot message you first.
Email: check spam, then check that the address is verified under Settings → Account.
In-app only: the event type is probably switched off for the other channels.

Send the raw signal, the timestamp and the account name — that is usually enough to answer on the first reply.
