Cancelling
Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee.
- Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
- No further charges after that.
- Changed your mind before the period ends? Reactivate on the same screen — the cancellation is simply withdrawn, nothing else changes.
What happens to your data
Nothing is deleted. Your signal sources and broker accounts stay exactly as they are — nothing is removed or switched off, so your setup is intact if you resubscribe. What changes is what you can add: after the paid period ends you are back to one signal source and one broker account, so you cannot connect anything new beyond that until you subscribe again.
What happens to your trades
Open positions at your broker are unaffected — they live at the broker, not here. If you want them closed, close them yourself before or after cancelling.
Cancelling does not disconnect your broker. If you want PipSync to stop trading immediately rather than at period end, use the kill switch on each account.
