What is stored
- Account and workspace data: profile, members, settings.
- Signals: the raw message, the parsed result and the routing decision.
- Trades: orders sent, fills, modifications and closes.
- Encrypted broker credentials, where the platform requires them.
- Audit and security events.
Exporting
- Trade history exports as CSV from the trade list — the usual route for tax and journalling.
- A full account export is available from Settings → Account.
- Enterprise workspaces can pull the same data continuously through the REST API.
Deleting the account
- Disconnect your broker accounts first. Deleting PipSync does not close positions at your broker — nothing about your money changes, and an open position with no one watching it is worse than one you closed deliberately.
- Export anything you want to keep. Deletion is not reversible.
- Request deletion from Settings → Account.
Data is removed except records we are legally required to retain, such as invoices. Retention periods and the legal basis for each are in the privacy policy.
Deleting your account is not the same as cancelling your subscription. Cancelling keeps your data and pauses what exceeds the Free limits.
