How to cancel your subscription

Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. What happens to your data, accounts and automatic trading.

Cancelling

Settings → Billing → Cancel. Pick a reason, press Continue, then Cancel for good. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee.

  • Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • No further charges after that.
  • Payments already made are final (see Refunds and cancellation). Mandatory statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Questions about withdrawal or a specific charge: message us in the support chat; a team member answers them.
  • Changed your mind before the period ends? Press Undo cancellation in the "Subscription cancelled" banner on the same screen — the cancellation is undone, nothing else changes. Once the period has ended, you subscribe again from the plan picker on the same screen.
  • Billing is only available to the workspace owner. If you are on a paid plan but see no Cancel button and no "Subscription cancelled" banner, your plan is managed by hand — use Billing support on the same screen or message us in the support chat.
  • On the second step the dialog offers "Yes, stop the cancellation and contact billing". Tick it only if you do not want to cancel: the button then reads Stop cancellation and nothing is cancelled.

What happens when the paid period ends

Your workspace moves to the Free plan: signals are still parsed, and every trade needs your confirmation.

  • Automatic trading stops. Signals keep arriving and are still parsed, but PipSync no longer places trades by itself. Each signal waits for you to confirm it: open the Signals page (/signals), open the signal, find the Confirm & execute panel and press Check price & execute, then Execute on N account(s) (a market signal can be confirmed for 10 minutes after the message).
  • Paid limits and features end. You cannot add sources or broker accounts beyond what Free allows, and features that only paid plans include are no longer available. The Free plan card in the plan picker on Settings → Billing lists exactly what Free includes.
  • Free keeps a short signal history. Older signals that never led to a trade can be cleaned up automatically. Executed signals and your trade records stay.

What happens to your data

Cancelling deletes nothing, apart from the short Free signal history described above. Your signal sources, broker accounts and settings stay exactly as they are, so your setup is intact if you resubscribe. What changes is what you can use and add.

What happens to your trades

Open positions at your broker are unaffected — they live at the broker, not here. If you want them closed, close them yourself before or after cancelling.

Stopping trading right away

Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not touch your broker connection. To stop PipSync from trading now:

  1. Channels → open the channel → Disable auto-trading (in the Auto-trade panel on the Settings tab). New signals are then no longer executed automatically. Repeat for every channel.
  2. For a hard stop on one broker account: Trading Accounts → open the account → switch Enabled to Disabled (tooltip "Disable account"). The connection icon on the account card (tooltip Disconnect) ends the live connection, and the trash icon (Delete permanently) removes the account and its channel links.

None of these closes open positions.

Deleting the account entirely

That is separate from cancelling — see Exporting and deleting your data.
