Authorise the connection

Trading Accounts → Add account → cTrader
Set Broker Type to cTrader and click Connect with cTrader. Choose Demo / Testnet or Live — the switch starts on Demo.

Sign in with your cTrader ID
Click Connect with cTrader again. Use the cTrader ID that owns the trading accounts, not the broker portal login.

Approve the trading scope
cTrader shows exactly what is being granted. Approve, and you land back in PipSync.

Select and import the accounts
Select Accounts to Import lists every account of that cTrader ID. Tick the ones you want, check the Demo/Live badge and currency, and click Import N Account(s). Nothing is saved until you do; your plan's account limit applies.

No password is stored. You can revoke PipSync's access at any time from your cTrader account settings, and execution stops immediately.

Topic	cTrader
Position model	Set by your broker and account type (hedging or netting). On a netting account a second trade in the same symbol adds to the existing position instead of opening a parallel one.
Volume units	Expressed in units, converted from lots by PipSync using the symbol spec.
Partial closes	Supported natively, which makes multi-target signals cleaner than on MT5.
Symbol names	PipSync matches the symbol in the signal against the account's own symbol list. A name your broker does not carry is refused.

Authorisation expired or revoked — there is no re-authorise button on the account page. Run Add account → cTrader → Connect with cTrader again and import the account again; it does not take another slot.
Account not listed — it belongs to a different cTrader ID, it is on the other environment (Demo / Live), or it is disabled at cTrader.
Orders rejected — the instrument is not tradable on that account type; check it in the cTrader platform first.
