PipSync Ltd. (in incorporation) is a software service provider (SaaS). It is not a credit institution, investment firm, payment institution, e-money institution, broker, or investment adviser, and does nothold a MiFID II / CySEC / BaFin licence — none is required for the services provided. PipSync automates execution of trading signals on the user's own broker account; users contract with their broker directly. Registry, tax identifier and trade-licence numbers are listed above once incorporation is complete.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not currently obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law.
