Retail traders have spent a decade choosing between two bad options: write your own bridges and babysit them, or hand your login to a copy-trading service and hope.

PipSync is the third option. A single router between your signal sources and your brokers, with proper risk rails, an immutable audit log, and zero custody of your funds.

Principles

What we won't compromise on.

Every team has values. These are ours — we wrote them before we had customers, and we check against them before every release.

Never custody client funds.

Your broker is your custodian. We hold API keys, not money — and we'll never change that, even if it would make us more valuable.

Latency is a feature.

Every release is benchmarked end-to-end. A PR that regresses p95 by more than 5ms can't merge without an explicit waiver.

Audit everything.

Every parse, every route, every parameter change is logged, timestamped, signed. You can replay any trade three years later.

Honest about limits.

We publish availability and latency evidence as it matures. Until production telemetry proves a number, we call it a target or a beta limitation.

Flat pricing, always.

No taking a cut of your trades. No "fair-use" surprises. If we ever can't make SaaS work, we'll shut the product down — not monetize your flow.

Boring stack, bold features.

Postgres, Go, Rust for the hot path. We pick "boring" for anything that touches your money — and save the experiments for the UX.
