PipSync is a software operator for signal routing and related automation. We are not your credit institution or investment firm; ICT and outsourcing rules apply differently to us than to regulated entities you may use alongside PipSync.
We provide cloud software and integrations. Your brokers and liquidity venues remain separate contractual parties. Our subprocessors that process personal data are listed in the public subprocessor register.
Customers performing regulated outsourcing or ICT concentration assessments should map PipSync and each listed subprocessor against their own registers, including transfer mechanisms and exit considerations.
