Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PipSync ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

PipSync is a cloud-based platform that automates the execution of trading signals from various sources (Telegram, TradingView, Discord, and others) to supported brokers (currently MetaTrader 5). PipSync does not provide investment advice, manage funds, or guarantee trading results.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account without prior approval.

4. Broker Connections

To use PipSync's trade execution features, you must provide valid broker account credentials. By doing so, you authorize PipSync to place trades on your behalf according to the signals and risk rules you configure. PipSync never holds custody of your funds. Your funds remain with your broker at all times.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond your own account data.

7. Risk Disclaimer

Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, and other financial instruments involves significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. PipSync is a tool that executes trades based on external signals — it does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or profitability of any signal source. You are solely responsible for evaluating signal providers and configuring risk controls.

See our full Risk Disclaimer for more details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PipSync and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to PipSync in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. PipSync may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for trading losses resulting from service unavailability.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and trademarks associated with PipSync are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and failing that, through binding arbitration or the competent courts.
