Which brokers are supported?
MT4, MT5, cTrader, Match-Trade, Interactive Brokers, Binance and Bybit are available in beta where enabled. OANDA and IG are on the roadmap. New bridge requests are prioritized by demand and technical feasibility.
How does the AI parser work?
Multi-LLM with vision. It reads structured signals, free-text messages, even screenshots and chart images. It infers missing fields (SL/TP) from context and flags low-confidence signals for review.
Is my broker password safe?
Credentials are stored through app-managed encryption when storage is required and are never logged. Most brokers offer read-only / trade-only API keys scoped to IP allowlists — we strongly recommend using those.
Can I pause a source without deleting it?
Yes. Toggle per source, per symbol, or globally. Changes are applied server-side and surfaced with status feedback in the dashboard.
What happens if PipSync goes down?
Active positions stay open at your broker — we never hold your money. Pending signals expire with a notification if they cannot be processed. Public availability evidence is published on the status page; contractual SLAs are only part of signed Enterprise agreements.
