Refunds & Cancellation

1. The Short Version

  • Self-service cancel any time from Account → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the remaining term stays active.
  • 14-day EU withdrawal right for consumers — only while you have NOT yet activated signal-copy (see §3 for the exact rule).
  • Paid days you used are not refundable; unused full prepaid months/years can be refunded pro-rata under the conditions in §4.
  • Availability credits apply only where a signed Enterprise agreement explicitly provides them; see our Availability Policy.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel any subscription at any time without giving a reason via the in-app self-service flow. The cancellation:

  • Stops the next automatic renewal.
  • Keeps your access (signal copy, dashboards, broker connections) active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Does NOT delete your account or your historic trade records — use Account settings or contact privacy support for that.

3. EU 14-Day Withdrawal (Consumers)

Consumers domiciled in the EEA have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the order, under Art. 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

However, the withdrawal right expires immediately when you actively start to use the Service in the trial — specifically when you connect a broker account and enable signal-copy on at least one channel. By taking that action you give us your express prior consent under Art. 16(m) of the Directive to begin performance of a digital service immediately, and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right.

If you have not yet enabled signal-copy and want to withdraw, send a free-form notice to [email protected] within 14 days of your order. We refund within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the same payment method you used.

4. Discretionary Pro-Rata Refunds

Outside the statutory withdrawal window we may, in our sole discretion, refund the unused portion of a prepaid annual subscription. Typical cases we honour:

  • Severe regulatory event preventing you from using the Service in your jurisdiction.
  • A broker your account depends on becomes permanently unavailable and you have no replacement.
  • A material breach of these terms by us that we cannot remedy.
  • Genuine accidental purchase within 7 days, no broker connected, no signal copied.

Send your request to [email protected] with your account email and the subscription invoice number. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds settle within 14 days via the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable

  • Days already used on a monthly subscription.
  • Trading losses, slippage, missed opportunities or any other broker-account outcome.
  • One-off setup, training or consulting fees once delivered.
  • Subscriptions terminated by us due to material breach of the Acceptable Use Policy or violation of sanctions.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer or bank without first contacting us, we may suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact [email protected] first — most issues resolve within 24 h and avoid the dispute fee passed on by the card network.

7. Availability Credits

Public beta subscriptions do not include automatic downtime credits. If your signed Enterprise agreement includes an availability credit, that credit is applied as described in that agreement and is not paid in cash. See the full Availability Policy.
